The The Company was incorporated as an exempted company with limited liability in the Cayman Islands on 7 December 2004. The shares of the Company have been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) since 27 October 2006. The Company acts as an investment holding company with its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”) “principally engaged in manufacturing, research and development, selling and distribution of fine chemical products.

The Group is a fine chemical producer in the PRC and is one of the market leaders in producing ethyl cyanoacetate (“ECYA”) in the world. The Group is principally engaged in the production, trading and sale of fine chemical products, which are broadly categorized into two major product groups, namely cyanoacetate products, alcoholic products and petrochemical products. These fine chemical products are mainly used for application in a wide range of downstream industries such as pharmaceutical industry, pesticide industry and adhesive industry. The Group’s products are mainly used as functional ingredients or intermediates in the production of adhesive products, pharmaceutical products, dyes and other chemical products
