Tiande Chemical Holdings Limited (“Tiande Chemical”, incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability) is engaged in the R&D and manufacture of fine chemical products. Following the company mission of “Serves customers with best products, serve society with enterprise’s development”, we spare no effort to develop new technologies, strength the production efficiency and improve the quality of our products and service, to become the first class manufacturer of fine chemicals. In the ten years since the establishment of Comchem, Tiande Chemical has developed into an integrated chemical group with three manufacturing plants, one trading Company and one technical R&D center.
In October 2006, Tiande Chemical was listed in the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The listing is one of the milestones in the company’s history, opening a new era of development. After the listing, the company’s operation and management standards are further internationalized, the funding platform is expanded and the Company’s leading position in fine chemical industry is consolidated.
China’s economy rapid growth and the environmental protection concerns have both stimulated demand for fine chemical products, providing a large room for the development of fine chemical industry. Tiande Chemical will continue to develop diversified product lines and expand production scales, in the road to a leading fine chemical industry player of the PRC.
